I made some new 3D handles (cube and sphere) to help to visualize those shape when they are used in some operators like Select or SphColliders and sphobjects...
I leave the old lined box as an option. So now you can choose between the new or old handles direclty in the affected operators.
Colors is also an option. You can use the default theme color or customize your handle color per operator
