Funny :) My FPS is ~60, but it's OK for this kind of particle stuff (6400 particles, right?). I like it, man! :)
I just wish we could convert mesh edges to splines... That would be a real treat! ;)

Sure. I'm just a little embarassed by the fact that wz does not allow a user to use edges in modelling...

yes but it's a lot of work to add options for modeling with edges. I think vertex and face are sufficient, beside we can use external modeler for complex mesh.
However wz4 had some functions to work with edges so it's possible to do some few things in code
