try at a XSI Forum,
if you want them to import in WZ you can also try *.lwo files.
Search at google you will finde a lot of lightwave meshes...

Sadly Werkkzeug dosen't import Lightwave animation Files, and it will be hard to find full animaten models.

An animation in Werkkzeug with a Werkkzeug modell is quite difficult but possible.
Try to model in wz an animate there.

so, i have checked that with that xsi files
project : popular demo.k1
all ops removed ( only 1 op (xsi import with : dance01.xsi)
with a hex that seq of xsi extracted , and ? yo, i think it is a specialized format what the gys have used ( here i mean, the animation xsi, because, the file has not a xsi header, or otherwise ....
