bug: when using "Save as" to overwrite an existing file, file replacement confirmation window appears behind the wz4 window (I have to use alt+tab to bypass that). In fact, it should be on top.

Yes. It happens from time to time. I will try to pin down the conditions and get back to you.

So... Here is what I found out:
Replacement confirmation dialog appears behind the active window if you press "s" and navigate in 3d viewport before saving.

I made a fix that temporally desactive 3d views during the save as dialog popup and restore it after, it fix the problem.
