demo.exe Dialog Box Mod

I used eXeScope to edit Diolog box in .werkkzueg1.201 as shown in the

images.
However, the made demo.exe's dialog box remains as before.
How come?
How to make it?

Actually i just edit the .werkkzeug1.201.exe rather than demo.exe. (Still as a newbie on Unpack & optimizing...)
I think Dialog Box Res from 152150 to 152EA6 is not taken into demo.exe.
What really counts is from E3E78 to E4BCE (affects demo.exe)
and
FAFC0 to FB1AC (affects custom.exe).

i could modify the interface of demo.exe and it really "starts" like what i want it to, however, when i click "Start", it terminates itself... it sucks...
Really wanna know how to tackle the problem.

I've unpacked the demo.exe before. almost the same way.
What i'm wondering is why it seems unavailable to modify the 4+m unpacked file. It said it cant be modified. And, i cant repack it with kkrunchy.
